Our "Happy Hands" Promise: Returns & Replacements
Since all of our unique creations are lovingly handmade in small batches, we generally consider all sales final.
But hey, we totally get it—life happens! We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new fidget.
When We've Got Your Back (Replacements)
Accidents or Faulty Friends? We'll Fix It!
We've designed our items to be durable and bring you joy, but sometimes things go wrong. You're eligible for a replacement if:
Your item arrives broken—boo!
Your item has a material defect and breaks within 30 days of purchase (from the date you bought it).
If an item is damaged, we'll send you a replacement right away (within 7-10 business days). If it happens to be out of stock, we’ll happily issue you a store credit instead.
Upgrading Your Fidget? No problem! If you want a more expensive item as a replacement, we'll simply send you a quick invoice for the difference.
The Not-So-Happy News: Items that break due to user error (e.g., you accidentally ran it over with your car) aren't eligible for a replacement or store credit. We're all human, but we can only cover defects in our handiwork!
How to Make a Claim (It's Easy!)
Got a broken item? Don't stress! Here’s the fastest way to get it sorted:
Head over to our Contact Us page and submit a support ticket.
For items damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For material issues within the 30-day window, you have the full 30 days from purchase.
Include your order number and a few clear photos of the item (and the packaging for shipping damage) so we can see what went wrong.
The Nitty-Gritty (Timing)
Once your claim is approved (we try to be super quick about this!), here's the timeline:
Replacements are processed and shipped out within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Store Credits or Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
P.S. We rarely ask you to send the broken item back, but if we do, we'll let you know!
